Description: The Gibson EF was given the fitting model name “Super D2. This was the first Gibson tractor that was equipped with a two-cylinder engine with air cooling abilities. Strangely enough, no model D tractors appear in any of the 1949 directories. This leads many people to believe that the D2 model was taken out of production during that time. Before closing in 1958, Gibson manufactured around 1,000 Super D2, making them very rare. This tractor was made by Gibson Manufacturing Corporation located in Longmont, Colorado. This model is equipped with a single lever steering system instead of a steering wheel.
